PACA Sponsorship
The Professional Aerospace Contractors Association (PACA) of New Mexico is proud to continue our annual corporate sponsorship program. Your support for PACA helps make PACA a success for all who participate in our monthly meetings and events, including the annual Briefing for Industry (BFI). Each year when PACA has excess revenue, PACA presents checks to various New Mexico universities to fund our four (4) endowments providing scholarship funds to students majoring in engineering or scientific disciplines. Sponsorships of PACA not only provide a means for advertising your company to the right audience, but they enable New Mexico universities to educate and inspire the next generation of valued engineers and scientists.
The top four corporate sponsor tiers (Platinum, Diamond, Gold, and Silver) will be afforded the opportunity to speak at any luncheon of their choosing with priority given to the highest sponsor level if there is a date conflict. All luncheons are available to the top 4-tiers except for March (dedicated to Premier Small Business and Bronze sponsor presentations), September (BFI), and December (Holiday Party). Each sponsor will be given the number of minutes corresponding to their sponsorship tier: Platinum (10), Diamond (8), Gold (6), and Silver (4). All Bronze and Premier Small Business sponsors will be able to present during the one luncheon set aside each year for company presentations (usually in March). They will be given the number of minutes corresponding to their sponsorship tier: Bronze (3) and Premier Small Business (2).
Sponsors will have first choice at booth spaces for the annual Briefing for Industry. This will be based on the level of sponsorship in descending order from Platinum Sponsors, down to Premier Small Business Sponsors. Where there are multiple sponsors in a single category, they will be given their choice based on the date of when they became a sponsor. Sponsors will be notified by a BFI agent when the booth spaces for the BFI are available for selection.
