Martina C’de Baca is an experienced public service professional who has held multiple positions within the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of New Mexico. Her work focuses on delivering effective and responsive constituent services to the people of New Mexico. She has served as Director of Operations since January 2019 and has concurrently held the role of Special Projects Coordinator for the New Mexico Secretary of State since March 2014.
